For example, to have two initial routes presented and the final idea translated into save the dates and invites, with 40 printed save the dates and invites (on 300gsm with envelopes), the cost would be £500+. Additional items (menus, signage, table plans, name cards, welcome letters etc) would have a cost per item depending on print quantities. These can be agreed at the point of booking the commission or at any point after the initial design concept has been agreed.

Collections

Collections shown on our website can be tweaked in size, wording and the layout of wording. Collections are quoted based on design time and printing volume.

All save the dates and invites come with unlined envelopes, RSVP cards as standard. Envelopes can be lined and further inserts added to invite sets as required.

For example, for 40 A5 wedding invites (double sided) on 300 gsm, with high end envelopes would be £140.

Venue drawings

Please get in touch, letting us know your wedding venue and what you’d like to use a bespoke drawing for. We’ll then provide a personalised quote. Depending on the venue and the use of the artwork, these start at £240.

Vintage postcards

Please get in touch, letting us know your wedding venue. We’ll then provide a personalised quote and our postcard variations to choose from. Depending on the venue and the use of the artwork, these start at £300 + printing costs per item.

How many design proofs do I get for a bespoke commission?

You’ll receive the initial suggested route. After your feedback we’ll present two iterations, taking your feedback on board each time. Additional proofs can be added at an extra cost. Please note that additional proofs may affect order timelines.

How long does it take?

This of course depends on what’s required but it can take up to 3 weeks for a collection item/suite. The bespoke design process usually takes at least 6 weeks from the initial briefing to signing off the first items ie. save the dates/invites.

What do I do if I don’t know how many items I need?

Our quotes include a number of items so that you can budget accordingly. The final quantities can be decided just before items are sent to print. Changes in the number of items may change the individual item costs.

How does postage work?

This is included in our initial quote. Your package will be shipped via recorded delivery. Depending on the location this can take 3 to 5 business days.

What is the returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange or return. If there is an error with the text of the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting will be covered by the client. Once your final confirmation on files is submitted, we cannot cancel your order, as we will have begun printing out your invitations

Ownership of designs and artwork

White Vines Studio retains rights to all designs. If you would like exclusive rights to the designs, please ask our permission.

We offer certain products such as venue drawings, postcards and other elements as prints to be framed and can design these for you at a small additional cost.
